Unlike other cleaners, we use a low-moisture cleaning process, preventing any leftover residue. In addition, the dry time is much faster than the traditional steam cleaning method, which can take up to five to six hours to dry. As an added bonus, there’s less of a chance for re-soiling or mold or mildew growth.
We will ask you for a tour so we can inspect your carpet and address your concerns. After the inspection, we will move any necessary furniture from the area while we vacuum to ensure your satisfaction. We pre-spray any spots and stains to aid in the carpet cleaning process. We will then deep clean your carpets, utilizing a rotating nylon scrub brush and our all-natural citrus-based cleaner, which is safe for your family, pets and the environment. After the deep clean, we use cotton pads to absorb the suspended soil. Depending on the soil level, additional extraction may be recommended. We brush and groom the carpet fibers and replace moved furniture, using protective covers to preserve your freshly cleaned carpet.

Do I have to move furniture before the technician arrives?
We advise you move all small and delicate items. We will move most items and place them back on protective padding as needed. For insurance purposes there are several pieces of furniture that we won’t move, including pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers and pool tables, among others.
Is your carpet cleaning process safe for my family and pets ?
Our carpet cleaning solution is based on an all-natural, citrus cleaner. It is SAFE for your family and pets. We do advise to keep pets off of newly cleaned carpets for at least the first two hours.
